The PART FACTORY team consists of a network of qualified and tested contract manufacturers from all over Europe, who produce components individually according to your requirements. In order to keep the quality standard permanently high, all producers are regularly checked and evaluated for production quality and delivery reliability.?

 

Registration on the Part Factory portal is free. You will only incur costs if you place a chargeable order, whereby the shipping costs are already included in the offer price. So you can make a request for free.

We place a high value on discretion - both on the part of the producers and on the part of the customers. Your data is safe with us.

This means that we give you the opportunity to submit your manufacturing request to us online. As a service provider, we then draw on our network of producers to enable simple and uncomplicated distribution.

In our wide network of producers we have the possibility to access various manufacturing techniques e.g.: milling.

 

Due to legal contractual obligations, we only accept commercial customers for contract manufacturing and therefore ask for your understanding. You do not want to order anything but want to become a part of our producer network? Register and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Commercial customers from the 18 euro-zone countries can order from partfactory.com. These countries are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and The Netherlands.

No. We place your order confidently in the hands of our producers. We regularly check our network for quality and reliability so that we can provide you with the best possible result.

No, unfortunately not. Due to legal contract conditions, we only accept commercial customers for contract manufacturing and ask for your understanding. Please order the goods through a company! Thank you for your interest and we hope to welcome you as our commercial customer soon.

If you become a part of our producer network, then we save you the search for new customers. If we forward our customers' orders to you, we will always have your production processes in view. Yes. Simply register on our site as a contract manufacturer and become a part of our producer network.

Inquiries

The process is very fast. We check that your drawing is complete, look for the appropriate production capacity for your order and determine the price based on your stated delivery date. This may take up to 3 working days.

 

Describe your quality requirements in a technically clear and complete drawing according to the DIN-ISO standard or the EN drawing norm.
After receiving your drawing, we check it and outline anything that is incomplete by return e-mail. Unfortunately, if the drawing is incomplete, we will be unable to provide you with an offer.

 

When it does not correspond to the DIN-ISO standard or the EN drawing norm for production drawings of metal parts. Even if only one aspect of the drawing is ambiguous, the part cannot be produced correctly for you with 100 % reliability. Typically German? In order for you to submit an inquiry to us, it is necessary for you to upload a drawing, specify a quantity and name your product. We will then take care of the rest.

 

It's easy: Quickly register, upload your drawing, specify the quantity and wait for a quote with an price on line with the market within the next 48 hours.

 

Due to the multitude of incoming orders, we firstly have to determine the production capacities (machines, operators, tools, part material, production planning, etc.) which precisely fit your inquiry. These then need to be booked, managed and followed up. Your quality requirements demand a certain amount of time. To avoid error, verifiable procedures must be in place – and we find the best ones for processing your order.
Currently, we do not have a “speed line” where we can process your URGENT ORDERS as a priority. As soon as we are able to offer this, we will be pleased to inform you.

 

There is no maximum number of ordered parts. Regardless of whether your request is for prototype production or manufacturing individual parts or series production. We will be happy to process your request.

 

All inquiries are processed independently of each other. The offer made to you is non-negotiable. Should we identify you as a customer with strong sales growth, a price concession based on your sales will be taken into consideration automatically in the offers. Your account manager has an overview of all your business transactions and always strives to make you the best offer with respect to price, quality and delivery time.

Order

We accept payments by invoice, Visa/Mastercard, sofortüberweisung.de and Paypal.

 

You will receive this by e-mail as soon as you have made your online order, and you can view and download it at any time in the online portal.

This depends on whether the producer has already started manufacturing your parts. It is best to contact us and we will give you an information. Use the possibility to inform us about your requirements by phone +49 (0) 2273/ 95373 62 or by mail service@partfactory.com.

 

Since our network of producers allows a wide range of possibilities of processing different materials, the offer is acceptable. By default, we offer components made of e.g. aluminum, steel or plastic.

 

On the dashboard in your account you have the possibility to see all your current orders at a glance.

 

Part quality is our utmost goal; “Made in Germany – that speaks for itself!” That is why we check your drawing for any errors and our parts for any faults before they leave the production line. Furthermore, a quality inspection by the trained eye of our employees takes place. If defects are found in the goods, then you and the producer will be contacted immediately.

 

The final part testing is up to you, the customer. Only you can decide whether the part meets all your requirements. For this purpose, we grant you a complaint period of 14 working days after receipt of the goods. (See also "How do I complain about a shipment?").

 

Delivery

No. Stay local and enjoy Part Factory's convenient and practical delivery service.

 

The delivery costs within the European Economic Union are already included in the price. To ensure that your parts arrive intact, we package your goods professionally using high-quality materials. Our professional logistics partner UPS delivers the goods to you promptly. As soon as the goods leave PART FACTORY, you receive an e-mail with a UPS Tracking Code. You can thus track your delivery precisely and keep your incoming goods department well informed.

 

Yes, this is possible. As soon as we note the goods issue, you will be automatically informed about it and provided with a tracking code.

 

As soon as we have noted the goods issue in the system, we will send you an e-mail, in which you can then find the tracking code.

 

Privacy

No. Your data will not be shared with third parties. Producers will receive your drawing in an anonymized form.

 

Your drawings are passed on anonymously to the producers who offer the manufacturing process to implement your component. Based on the drawings, you can then provide us with feedback and an offer in line with the market.

 

No, communication takes place exclusively via Part Factory.
